From First Call to First Load — Here's Exactly How It Works
No guesswork, no surprises. We walk every new carrier through the same clear process so you know what to expect before you ever sign anything.
How We Dispatch
The Dispatch Process, Step by Step
We Find Your Loads
Your dispatcher searches the market daily to find freight that fits your equipment, preferred lanes, and rate expectations.
- We search DAT, Truckstop, and our direct broker network every day
- Loads are filtered by your equipment type, home state, and preferred lanes
- We only present loads that meet your minimum rate requirements
- You review and approve every load before we book it — nothing is booked without your confirmation
We Negotiate the Rate
Once a load is identified, we go to work negotiating the highest possible rate with the broker before you commit.
- We communicate directly with brokers on your behalf
- We push for the best rate based on current market conditions and load details
- You receive the final rate confirmation before accepting
- We review the rate confirmation for accuracy before you sign off
We Handle Everything Else
Once you're rolling, we manage all the coordination so you can focus on driving.
- We send and track all required paperwork with the broker
- We handle check calls and provide updates to brokers throughout the load
- We coordinate pickup and delivery communication
- Our 5% dispatch fee is only collected after the load is successfully completed
Getting Started
Getting Started: Your First Week With Us
Most carriers are onboarded and hauling their first dispatched load within a few business days. Here's what that looks like.
Initial Consultation
We have a quick call to learn about your equipment, preferred lanes, home base, and rate expectations. No commitment required at this stage.
Dispatch Agreement
We send you a written dispatch agreement that outlines the 5% fee structure, payment terms, and service scope. You review it, ask questions, and sign when ready.
Setup & Preferences
We collect your MC number, insurance certificate, and preferred lane information. We set up your carrier profile and get your dispatcher assigned.
First Dispatched Load
Your dispatcher begins searching for loads that match your criteria. Once a strong option is found, we present it to you, negotiate the rate, and book it with your approval.
Common Questions
Questions About the Process
Do I have to accept every load you find?
No. You have full approval over every load before it is booked. We present options that match your criteria, and you decide which ones to accept.
What information do you need to get started?
We need your MC number, a copy of your current insurance certificate, your truck type and equipment details, and your preferred lanes or operating region. We walk you through this during onboarding.
How do you communicate with me during a load?
We stay in contact by phone, text, or email — whichever you prefer. We handle broker check calls and updates so you are not interrupted while driving.
What happens if a load falls through?
If a load is cancelled or falls through before pickup, we immediately begin searching for a replacement. You are never charged a fee for loads that do not complete.
Can I pause or stop service?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel service at any time with proper notice as outlined in your dispatch agreement.
Do you work with all truck types?
We primarily work with dry van, flatbed, and step deck carriers operating in the Eastern US. Contact us to discuss your specific equipment and we will let you know if we are a good fit.
